| Abstract |
Established in 1996, the Female
Health Foundation (FHF) is a US registered
501(c)3, not-for-profit organization dedicated
to improving sexual, reproductive and family
health by elevating awareness of women’s
health issues and developing programs that
can serve women and their families throughout
the world. FHF’s primary focus is to
support information, education, communication
and outreach programs that focus on female
initiated sexual health technologies. Additionally
FHF supports behavioural research, advocacy
and technical assistance to ensure that people
have access to programmes and technologies
to improve their sexual and reproductive health.
The primary focus currently is the development
of country specific programmes for the introduction
of the FC female condom. |
